What are our pillars?

What is your packing standards?We use male and female thread caps to prevent dust and damage of threads. Components are grouped in 5-20 Nos and sealed in plastic bags with barcode labelling. Each bag is placed in corrugated box lined with bubble wrap and all empty spaces is filled. We then seal it with tape. On top of the same we use plastic stretch wrap and tightly bind it strapping machine. The packaging is seaworthy and all components will arrive at destination without damage, corrosion and loss.

What is your average lead time?We keep most of the products in stock. For components manufactured against customer drawing or non-standard sizes, our lead time is 4-6 weeks.

Do you make customized products as per drawing?Yes we do. Please share your drawings along with the qty for us to share our quotation.

Which materials are you manufacturing?SS 304, SS 316 and Carbon Steel.

Do you have distributors in my country?Currently, we only have distributors in India and are looking for distributors all across the world.

Can you provide certificate of origin certificate?Yes we can provide a COO for availing tax benefits under any trade agreement.

What is your quality process?We are checking the physical and chemical properties of material, dimensionally through calibrated and high accuracy measuring instruments, plating sst life, pressure testing, and surface finish. Our process starts at the incoming inspection stage of raw materials. It includes hourly checking of components in process, and goes all the way to 100% inspection of each component using guages before dispatch. We can also test and provide inspection reports for customer satisfaction.
